Nurturing Your Path with Honor and Empathy

I offer a space for healing where your experiences are met with care, respect, and understanding.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed therapy and cultural awareness, supporting you as you gently explore your inner world, at your own pace.

Together, we can create space for your voice to be heard and your story to be honored.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

  • Healing is not about rushing or fixing, it’s about creating space for meaningful, lasting change.

  • I approach this work with care, cultural awareness, and respect for your lived experience. Your voice, your pace, and your needs guide the process.

  • Together, we focus on building a sense of safety and connection that supports your growth in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Trauma-Informed Care

Trauma can touch how you think, feel, sleep, relate to others, and even how you feel in your own body.

You may not always have words for what you’ve been through, and that’s okay.

In our work together, your safety, choice, and pace come first. I will never rush you, push you to share more than you want, or judge how you’ve learned to cope. We move gently, with respect for what your nervous system can hold.

You can expect trauma-informed therapy with me to include:

  • Taking time to really listen to your story, in your own words

  • Checking in often about what feels comfortable or too much

  • Explaining what we’re doing in session and why, so nothing feels like a surprise

  • Honoring your cultural background, language, and lived experience

  • Using grounding and body-based tools to help you feel more steady in the moment

Inclusivity & Diversity

Your story is shaped by many parts of who you are—your culture, language, family, identities, and lived experiences. All of these are welcome here.

I work with people from immigrant, multicultural, and diverse backgrounds, including those who have felt misunderstood or unseen in other spaces. In our work, we make room for all of you, not just the parts you’ve been told are “acceptable.”

You can expect therapy with me to include:

  • Respect for your cultural values, traditions, and beliefs

  • Space to talk about identity, belonging, and discrimination if you choose

  • Awareness of how systems, power, and history can impact your mental health

  • Bilingual support (English/Spanish) so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural

  • Curiosity instead of assumptions about who you are and what you need

When You’re Ready, I’m Here to Support You

It’s okay if you still feel unsure, overwhelmed, or not ready to share everything yet. You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out.

If you have questions about therapy, my approach, or what working together might look like, we can take it one step at a time.

A brief consultation can help you see if this feels like a good fit.

You’re welcome to reach out when it feels right for you.
