I utilize a secure, private video system for all digital meetings. Telehealth provides the benefit of healing from your personal sanctuary, removing the logistical barriers of commuting while maintaining full privacy and safety.

I recognize the heavy loads carried by trauma survivors and immigrants. If standard times don't work, we can explore my off-peak options during our consult to establish a meeting schedule that truly supports your lifestyle.

Can you explain the fees for your services?
I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. I accept a variety of insurance plans through Headway and offer out-of-network support through Thrizer. To check your coverage and benefits, please visit my Headway profile. If your insurance is not listed, Thrizer may help make out-of-network therapy more affordable by simplifying the reimbursement process. For current private-pay rates or any questions about fees, please reach out to me directly. I'm happy to discuss the options available to you.
Is there a reduced rate option?

What if I need to change my plan?
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes. This ensures the slot can be given to someone else in need. Late cancellations result in a full charge to respect the time set aside for your dedicated care.
